Situation
Nesta Toys set out with a simple mission: to make learning fun, safe, and hands-on for kids. In a market filled with flashy toys, they needed to stand out by connecting emotionally with parents who value purposeful play and child development.
Task
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
2. Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels
3. Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Creating and maintaining online listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopify)
5. Using web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
6. Contributing to company and industry blogs and managing e-communications
Approach
I brought their story to life through engaging social media storytelling and content that spoke directly to parents. By highlighting the joy and learning behind every toy, collaborating with family-focused influencers, and encouraging real customer moments, I helped Nesta Toys build a brand community rooted in trust and play-based education.
Results
Pinterest alone impressions up by 283%. Engagements up by 282%. Outbound clicks up by 363%.
A total audience reach of 303K and an engaged audience of 12K, all from organic traction.
Instagram followers grew 25%, while Google and YouTube ads generated over 90K impressions, a 3.8% CTR, and a healthy 2.1x return on ad spend.
