What they do

WHAT IS CEREBRA?

A national UK charity that helps children with brain conditions (like autism, ADHD, and cerebral palsy) and their families. 

CEREBRA'S VISION

Every family that includes a child with a brain condition will have the chance to discover a better life together.

CEREBRA'S MISSION

To listen to families that include children with brain conditions. Cerebra uses what they say to inspire the best research and innovation. Then they help them put the knowledge into practice so the children can discover a better life together.

IN THE FINAL ROUND,

This is what

we did

ACTIONABLE DONOR SEGMENTS

We made clusters for donors and agents based on logic that drive action.

DONOR BEHAVIOUR

We identified donors' behaviour and their preferred mode of payment (cheque/credit card)

DEVELOPED PREDICTIVE MODELS

We built logistic regression, decision tree, random forest and gradient boosting predictive models

EDA

We ran an Exploratory Data Analysis on the 100k cells dataset to identify outliners etc.

PRESENTED FINDINGS

In a short period of time, we were able to present our findings.
